Poor customer service

I bought two of Parfum creation of Armani Stronger with me intensely. The product itself is great and follow the original same scent of perfume. However, it is so unfortunate that in just few days the perfume bottle pump is no longer working so I sent message to customer service through their online form two days ago and another message on the registered WhatsApp customer service and got NO RESPONSE. This was not the first time I face the same common problem of the perfume pumps/spray that get faulty but had it before without me reporting it. So in summery, good product as perfume but missing the quality of the pumps which apparently poor ones so no use of what you buy. With such experience, I decided not to buy anymore since I felt like wasting money without any response to rectify it.

I'm actually surprised, they did not only nailed the smell, this thing lasts and projection is pretty good. I would definitely grab it again once I finish this bottle. 10/10
